I truly believe that our commonality exists in being human. Your gender has no bearing on that.

For the sake of abject clarity - I welcome all genders, including those who are gender fluid, trans, or any other presentation I may not have named. It's what's in your soul that matters to me, not the exterior shell you inhabit.

Dealing with Trauma is a speciality. I truly believe there is no excuse for not being able to deal with your trauma exactly as you bring it.

I am deeply trained, qualified and experienced in working with all types of trauma. And to reassure you, this doesn't mean you have to go poking around in it to re-traumatise yourself in the process. There are ways of naming and releasing the deepest wounds (which in my experience ripple across multiple lifetimes) without you having to face your deepest fears again.

No. That's not how I work. If I give you answers, they won't have the impact you are looking for. Besides, the answers that work for me won't work for you because you are your own sovereign being. You are unique - as am I.

What I will do is hold you in a space that allows you to find your own answers. I will gently guide you towards whatever exists already within your own Soul's truth.

The work I do is deep and powerful. Make no mistake - this is going to change you. And for that to happen, you have to be willing to change. When you clear out energetic blocks that you've carried across lifetimes, your subconscious mind and your nervous system are going to fight back. There is comfort in the familiar, no matter how much you dislike it.

When we work together, this is a partnership. You will take the actions you need to unlock the changes you truly want. I will guide you and hold you as you do this. I'll be there for you to lean on when it's hard. I'll give you the resources you need to navigate those times.

And most of all, I will celebrate your wins with you and hold you to a higher standard of self-awareness than you have right now. You deserve the best. That's what I'll help you believe and access.

On top of that, I have a qualification in Advanced Coaching skills for Neurodiversity, which includes some of the lesser known ones such as Aphantasia, SDAM, Alexithymia and so on. Confidentiality is an absolute core value. No-one will ever know that we have any connection unless you choose to disclose it first (which you are welcome to do).

Clients

All sessions are entirely confidential. They may be recorded on Zoom for you to keep if you wish (but let me know if you don't want this). However once you've downloaded the session, it will be deleted from my system and not kept.

After we work together

I will ask you for a testimonial after we finish working together. It is entirely your choice whether this includes your name or not. I will always preserve your anonymity if you wish it.

I may use anonymised case studies for marketing purposes - but these never include any details that could be identifiable. Please ask if you wish more details on this.

Yes! While the focus of my business is primarily online, please do ask me about in-person work. I am located in Bristol, UK, so if you would prefer to work with me in-person rather than online let me know.

If you live further afield within the UK, I do also offer a full VIP day which can be tailored to you at a mutually convenient location. If you're interested in this, please drop a request via the Contact section and we can explore what you need.

Please note: In-person sessions are only available for paid sessions. Free calls are always done online.

I usually offer payment plans for my longer term containers and programmes. Full details are included on the relevant page for the programme. Please be aware, however, that these are entirely discretionary and when you agree to sign up, you commit to being liable for the full amount.

Non payment will incur additional administrative and interest charges to cover my costs.

Not necessarily! The call itself is where you get to meet me on a 1:1 basis. You can experience my energy first hand, and make an informed decision about whether it feels right for us to work together.

And, being totally transparent, I'll be doing the same.

If we're not in alignment energetically, it simply wouldn't work for us to collaborate on your healing journey together.

As we talk, I'll get a sense of whether it's right for you to work with me. If it is, then I will suggest what I believe is most relevant for you right now, based on what you've told me.
