OK so if you're considering working with me, you might want to know a bit about me as a person, not just as a Spiritual Healer and Guide

I am a massive foodie and I love cooking. My kitchen is my chillout space. I'm a vegetarian coeliac and pretty much always cook from scratch*.

I also love restaurants and eating out!

I live in Bristol, UK, with my husband who's an artist and has longer hair than me. (I'm not jealous, of course!)

I'm passionate about the planet. That means I don't use chemicals in my home or on my skin, and I don't fly.

I have never ever done Karaoke. And don't plan to.

I have never watched an episode of Friends. I really don't feel I'm missing out.

At heart I'm still a rock chick from the 80's / 90's who listens to Skid Row, Nine Inch Nails & Sisters of Mercy (amongst many others!). It's not all meditation music in my world...

I don't have any pets right now, but I've previously had snakes, cats, a dog, a rabbit, a gerbil and a variety of tropical fish.

I've lived in a LOT of different places, both in the UK and abroad. So far I've had 23 permanent addresses...

I'm a Cancer Sun, Taurus Moon, Sagittarius Ascendant and Life Path 8.
